I haven't seen the video yet, but am completely taken with Takk - I can't stop listening to it over and over at the moment! I'm going to see Sigur Ros in concert for the first time in November in Birmingham - I can't wait! Have you heard any music by the band 'Gjallarhorn' - they sing Swedish/ Finnish/ Nordic/ Icelandic folk songs and are brilliant!

You've been to Iceland? Looks cold.
I love the cold.
I holidayed there a couple of years back, in February... for a week. It was delightful!
That video gave me the chills. I've been putting off getting that album but must have it now! Thanks.
Wow, amazing. I love Sigur Ros. I went to Iceland briefly (2 days) last summer - so gorgeous, so peaceful.

I haven't heard of Gjallarhorn... I wonder how Sigur Ros are in concert?
Simon... I see you're a member of the Society of Friends... wonderful! Among Christian denominations, the Quakers are one of my favorites.
Simon was kind enough to e-mail me a linky to Gjallahorn... thought I'd share it with y'all:
