The Boston Globe recently indexed the official blogs for the presidential campaigns of both McCain and Obama. From the index, they created a word cloud for each. And wouldn't you know it… everyone's talking about just one man.

And it flies in the face of Senator McCain's assertion that he's running a positive campaign. He's not saying "Obama's amazing" or "Obama's charismatic". Those references to Obama are, of a necessity, negative. That's not to say that a positive campaign can't point-out the failures of the opposition… but an affirmative campaign focuses on the strengths of the candidate.
