A few days ago on Drawn, they featured the computational artistry of J Tarbell.
It's absolutely amazing! I just wish they'd get their catalog of available works up: I wanna buy a giant Substrate print for my new office.

Eehhh! Its OK artwork. Nothing to get overly excited about.
It is very contemporary, isn't it? I am more of a mission/shaker style person myself. I also like the colonial style being from Pennsylvania and all.
I have wide and varying tastes in art... and the beauty in these pieces lays a great deal in the complexity of the programming — though I think Substrate is _absolutely_ beautiful.
