So I don't know when I first encountered OK go — a British alternative pop quartet — but I do remember how: a home-made video they shot in one of their back yards. It was great. It was so great, in fact, that it inspired a slough of fanflix... from Vietnam (or maybe a Vietnamese cultural center...), to state-side Christian Youth Groups, and high school BMOCs.
And now they've done it again.
I fear what this may inspire.

I saw that treadmill video last week on youtube. I think it was #1. Soooo impressive. I hope it gets imitated and I hope that someday my children will have the option of taking treadmill dancing classes in their junior highs and high schools.

I can only imagine that it's even more of a work-out than Dance Dance Revolution.

of course, it's things like that which also inspire even more lazy Monday mornings...:) :) :)...when I get to the office and am still alone at 10 minutes to 9...:D
